New generation of the IMiS/ARChive Server v9
The IMiS/ARChive Server V9.1.1406 is a new generation of digital archives. It incorporates the entity model. Enables entity hierarchy (of classes, folders, documents) according to the content, rights, activities, business and expert positions in the company. Access to the content is managed according to rights and roles. Long-term authenticity of the content is secured. Changes are tracked and can be fully audited. It is used as an independent digital archive or it can be connected to different application servers.
The key functionalities are:
• Structured archiving of contents of electronic origin or contents digitized through the scanning process;
• Archiving of metadata of archived content using structured attributes linked in metadata schemes, which are determined in the framework of hierarchical entity templates;
• Archiving of system critical attributes that affect the life cycle of the archived content;
• Archiving of metadata and email content;
• Manage the metadata of physical content archives;
• Archiving of metadata of transferred content, which cannot be changed;
• Searching metadata using queries with logical and priority operators;
• Searching archived content by content elements (full text search);
• Calling up contents using external and internal identifiers and using classification codes;
• Managing the classification scheme hierarchy;
• Classification of archive content in the classification scheme with the option of adding, deleting, editing and moving content;
• Managing confidentiality of archived content;
• Managing hierarchical access rights for the archived content, down to the level of individual metadata;
• Ensuring long-term authenticity of archived content through the creation and maintenance of the long-term archive and notary elements for the archived content (LTANS);
